# PayRank

> PayRank is a collection account prioritization service for collection agencies and collection operations teams. It ranks accounts by expected recovery value so limited outreach capacity can be focused where it is most likely to produce revenue.

## What PayRank does

PayRank uses portfolio-specific predictive scoring to rank collection accounts on a 0 to 9,999 scale. The score is designed around expected recovery value rather than payment propensity alone. It combines payment propensity with balance size and relevant account-level and operational signals such as payment history, contactability, geography, account age, and prior placements when those fields are available.

The purpose is operational prioritization: helping collection teams decide which accounts should receive attention first. Scores can be returned into the systems teams already use rather than requiring agents to work from a separate application.

The bottom 30% generated less than 3% of fees combined. This example is presented as a backtest, not a guarantee of future client results.
